Terms of Service & Advisory Engagement

1. Acceptance of Terms & Regulatory Status

By accessing, browsing, or utilizing AssetBulls.in (the "Platform"), you enter into a legally binding agreement with AssetBulls Advisory Private Limited ("AssetBulls", "Company"). If you do not consent to these Terms of Service, you must discontinue access immediately.

AssetBulls is registered with the Haryana Real Estate Regulatory Authority (HARERA), Gurugram, under Registration No. RC/HARERA/GGM/2024/782 as an independent Real Estate Advisory.

2. Nature of Advisory Services & Content Disclaimers

Research & Intelligence Portal: All project descriptions, layout reviews, micro-market pricing estimates, historical appreciation charts, and investment scores presented on this platform are for informational, analytical, and qualitative evaluation purposes only.

Non-Binding Nature: No display of pricing, layout plans, or floor matrices on AssetBulls.in constitutes a binding legal offer to sell, convey, or encumber any real estate asset. All commercial real estate transactions are subject to formal Builder-Buyer Agreements (BBA) executed directly between the purchaser and the respective developer.

Structural Independence: AssetBulls maintains complete structural and corporate separation from all real estate developers featured on the platform (including DLF, Godrej Properties, Sobha, Smartworld, Emaar, etc.). Developer names are cited solely for factual asset identification and editorial assessment.

3. User Covenants & Prohibited Usage

When utilizing AssetBulls.in, you agree not to:

1Deploy automated scraping tools, crawlers, robots, or extraction scripts to harvest proprietary real estate datasets, pricing models, or whitepapers.

2Circumvent, disable, or tamper with security mechanisms, session authentication systems, or rate-limiting protocols.

3Submit fraudulent contact coordinates, false financial capacity indicators, or deceptive transaction requirements.

4Reproduce, redistribute, or commercially exploit AssetBulls research publications without explicit written licensing consent.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All software code, visual logos, architectural monogram marks, UI layouts, database structures, algorithmic investment ratings, and editorial whitepapers published on AssetBulls.in are the exclusive proprietary intellectual property of AssetBulls Advisory Private Limited, protected under the Indian Copyright Act, 1957, and Trademark regulations.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law:

AssetBulls shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, punitive, or speculative damages arising from property acquisition decisions, market fluctuations, or secondary liquidity constraints.

We do not warrant the absolute uninterrupted availability of the platform or the immunity of web traffic from external transmission anomalies.

Property possession timelines and construction milestones remain the sole legal responsibility of the respective developer under their registered HARERA commitments.

6. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to your use of this platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Gurugram, Haryana.
